All homes and recreational buildings at Valhalla Brandywine will meet LEED^® certification requirements. In the U.S. and around the world, LEED^® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is the recognized standard for measuring building sustainability, ensuring that planning and construction adhere to strict environmental building standards, inside and out.

Audubon-certified golf course

Valhalla Brandywine is green from the ground up. Our commitment to environmental stewardship is also represented in our planning and design of an 18-hole Audubon gold-certified golf course.

This certification is achieved by implementing environmentally friendly management practices that preserve wildlife and natural habitats, conserve water and limit the use of chemicals, in accordance with the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program.
