What is Valhalla Brandywine?

Valhalla Brandywine is the next generation country club, a 600 acre campus devoted to wellness and whole-nature recreation. Valhalla brings together world class recreation and fitness facilities, a spa and wellness center, and comprehensive life enhancement programs amidst an idyllic natural setting.

Where is Valhalla Brandywine located?

Valhalla Brandywine is located 35 miles west of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in Wallace Township, Chester County. Ease of access is one of Valhalla’s features, with over 45 million people living within a 200 mile radius. A map and distance chart can be found here.

The Valhalla Brandywine campus has been designed with an eye toward providing members, guests and residents with a year-round resource for wellness and recreation. Campus facilities include:

Will any part of the campus be open to the public?

Yes. Valhalla Brandywine’s Spa and Wellness center will be open to the public. Some of the fine and casual dining options will also be open to the public.

What types of memberships will be offered at Valhalla Brandywine?

Valhalla Brandywine will offer several membership options:

Equity Membership

Entitles individuals to unlimited golf privileges as well as full use of all Valhalla Brandywine’s fitness, wellness, sporting and social facilities. Equity members own an interest in Valhalla Brandywine and will share in club revenues.

Golf Membership

Non-equity membership that entitles individuals to the same privileges as Equity Members with 12 rounds of golf per year.

Club Membership

Designed for non-golfers, Club Membership entitles individuals to use Valhalla Brandywine’s fitness, wellness, sporting and social facilities. All members will receive priority access to spa appointments as well as discounted rates for spa services.

How many homes will be built at Valhalla Brandywine?

Valhalla Brandywine will feature a collection of 275 English- style residences. All homeowners receive membership privileges at Valhalla Brandywine similar to those enjoyed by Equity Members.

Do I have to purchase a home at Valhalla Brandywine in order to become a member?

No. While homeownership at Valhalla Brandywine does confer membership status to the club, it is not a prerequisite.

When is Valhalla Brandywine scheduled to open?
